It is true that our building is also a church but we promise it won’t feel like you’re in a church. The space is modern and the decor is neutral.
Any church specific items can be easily stored in order to give your event a blank canvas to work with.

No. Our goal is to create a welcoming space for your event.

Our address is: 3623 Brooks St, Missoula, MT 59801. Someone is typically on site Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm and when we have an event scheduled.

Yes, we have many options.
We have a main auditorium, auxiliary auditorium, and a lobby space. We are also looking for a long-term partner to potentially rent out part of our office / kids area space.

The main auditorium has a maximum occupancy with tables of 500, but comfortably seats 425 at tables. For a seated event the capacity is 722 and standing room capacity is 1,072.
The auxiliary auditorium has a maximum occupancy with tables of 425, but comfortably seats 360 at tables. For a seated event the capacity is 500 and standing room capacity is 900.

Yes. Our main entrance has an ADA accessible ramp and we have ADA bathrooms as well.
Pricing & Booking

We will need a little more information from you first. Please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you with a proposal.

A 30% deposit is due within 7 days after the contract is signed to secure the date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. If the event is sooner than 30 days, then the full payment is due upon contract signing.

Events can be canceled up to 30 days prior to the event for a full refund (less any costs already incurred).

Yes! Nonprofits get a 20% discount off the space rental.
Amenities, Services, & Logistics

A typical rental quote includes the space, tables, chairs, linens, and any audio / visual needs that you have. We also deal with non typical quotes. 😀

We will provide any tables, chairs, and linens needed and will include them in your quote.

We have a wide variety of audio/visual equipment i.e. microphones, sound, ) and we think our space is just as good or better than any in Missoula when it comes to audio / visual.

We do provide both set up and cleanup services. Both will be included in the proposal at a cost for the level of service needed.

Decorations are possible, but must be approved in advance and cannot have any impact on the building.

That should be possible. We would just need to make sure there's not an event at that time. We will work with you to make it happen.
Miscellaneous

We don't have an on-site event coordinator, but let's definitely talk and see what you need help with.

We do have a preferred vendor list and are happy to provide it as needed, but you can hire any vendor you’d like.

Catering, Food & Alcohol

We do not have an in-house caterer. You can bring in your own caterer, we can recommend some that we have worked with in the past, and we do allow food trucks.

We do not have a kitchen prep facility, but we have worked with several caterers to set up an area where they can keep their supplies and prep their food.

We do allow alcohol.

You can either bring your own alcohol as long as you don't sell it or use a licensed vendor for alcohol.
Rules & Restrictions

We do require event insurance and it is pretty easy to come by. We can provide you with suggestions if needed.

Of course!

Noise shouldn’t be an issue as long as it stays inside the event center. Any music or noise made outside the building would be subject to Missoula’s noise standards.

Events may go as late as has been negotiated in the contract.
